Whole Child, Play-Based Curriculum (2016)

Empowered staff in 40 schools with whole-child, play-based teaching and learning strategies, fostering a more engaging and student-centered environment.

Professional Development Foundations (2016)

Developed the Apwòch Lekòl Vivan, a dynamic pedagogical model tailored for Haiti, offering 150 hours of teacher training and 250 hours of leadership training for school directors. This framework is now a cornerstone of our educational approach across the network.

Read Haiti Literacy Program (2017)

In 90 schools, over 50% of 3rd-grade students have achieved literacy mastery, supported by high-quality reading and writing materials for grades 1-3. This program has significantly boosted early-grade literacy rates.

School Facility Infrastructure Plan (2018)

Established a 10-year plan to upgrade schools in the network, ensuring they provide safe, sanitary, and stimulating environments for learning.

Benchmarking & Evaluation Systems (2018)

Implemented rigorous data collection and analysis systems across three sub-networks, driving evidence-based decision-making and enhancing school performance.

Social Emotional Learning Framework (2018)

Developed and introduced a Haitian-specific Social Emotional Learning curriculum, with professional development provided to 10 pilot schools, now expanding across the network due to promising outcomes.

Eksploratoryòm Science Program (2020)

In 15 schools, over 75% of students have demonstrated mastery in science through engaging Kreyòl-based audio lessons, activity books, and teacher guides. This program is now scaling across additional schools in the network.

Peer-Network Professional Development (2022)

Launched monthly work groups for network academic managers and instructional coaches to collaboratively develop professional development materials, strengthening peer-to-peer learning across the network.

Standard Assessments (2023)

Introduced common assessments for literacy and numeracy in 2nd, 4th, and 6th grades in 45 schools, with plans to expand to all grades and subjects by 2024.

Krik Krak Ayiti Social Studies Program (2024)

Rolled out a Kreyòl-based social studies curriculum in 100 schools, utilizing the Apwòch Lekòl Vivan pedagogy in 3rd and 4th grades, promoting culturally relevant learning.

Pwogram Inik Curriculum (2024)

Developing a cohesive K-6 curriculum aligned with the Ministry of Education’s standards, integrating the Lekòl Vivan pedagogical approach to create a unified educational experience for students.
